The A2B Excel offers a host of innovation and technology. Not only does the A2B Excel use Ultra Motor's proprietary 800W direct drive motor but is combined with "Intelligent Dual Energy Power" IDEP Technology.
The IDEP system uses a removable, portable lithium-ion battery to store electricity and supply it at a stable rate to an internal lithium-ion battery. This delivers a greater range, extended battery life and most importantly ease of charging: the portable power pack will recharge the internal battery.
The A2B Excel retails for € 3,199 and is available in spring 2010. Key features include a maximum speed of 45km/h; maximum range of 45km; exclusive IDEP technology with 2 Li-ION batteries and a 800W direct drive motor.
